Group Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Location: Virtual or Onsite (SF Bay Area)
Duration: 20, 30, or 45 minutes

Our wellness packages include drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions that incorporate mindfulness movement, breath regulation, and guided meditation.

Reiki Breaks: Individualized Energy Healing

Location: Virtual or Onsite (SF Bay Area)
Duration: 45 minutes
Quantity: 10, 20, or more sessions

Depending on the package you choose, you can book 10, 20, or more, reiki sessions made available for you and your employees over a specified duration. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing practice that helps alleviate fatigue, reduces stress, and restores balance.

Empower Your HR Team

Location: Virtual support

To ensure a seamless implementation of our wellness services, we provide promotional materials for your HR staff to share internally (via Slack or other communication channels). This helps raise awareness and encourages employees to take advantage of these valuable resources. We also provide pre and post-session surveys to determine your teams’ wellness needs and measure the efficacy of our program.
