Reiki is an energy healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. The reiki energy activates the natural healing processes and clears your body of any physical and emotional blockages. Typically, even after one session, you will feel deep relaxation, calmness, and a greater sense of harmony.

Rosalyn Acosta is a certified reiki master and shamanic energy practitioner. She will provide 30 minutes of reiki for each person, followed by a brief post-session chat to discuss the energetic aspects that transpired.

A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in the vibrations and sounds of various instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, gongs, the human voice, and many others. Benefits of sound healing can include relaxation and calm, a quieter mind, relief from pain and tension, and more.

As a lifelong musician, Emma Peck provides sound healing to foster a greater sense of internal ease, creativity, and embodiment.  She is also an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) providing therapy and counseling services for individuals and couples at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy in San Francisco, CA.
